Nelson is a resident of Pune city with a Masters degree in Finance from Symbiosis, Pune. With a work experience of over 16 years, Nelson made the transition to real estate in 2007 by joining Cushman & Wakefield an International Property Consultant (IPC) as an associate broker. He also worked with Knight Frank India (IPC) to create and develop KF’s residential business in Pune before founding Absolute Living.
Before real estate Nelson worked with reputed financial institutions like Aviva, Allegro Advisors and Unitis Tower Wealth Advisors where his role was investment advisory, portfolio management.
Having worked with International Property Consultants Nelson learned and understood international broking standards that thrive on transparency, integrity, excellence, knowledge and communication which clearly lacks in the Indian real estate industry. This urged him to set up Absolute Living in 2010. He handles developer as well as client relationships at Absolute Living and is focused on sale & leasing of commercial real estate across Pune city.
Nelson believes that in real estate he has found his true calling. He enjoys the challenges and opportunities that the business presents but enjoys most the opportunity to meet so many new and interesting people.
