Prior to real estate, immediately after graduating Kirti commenced her own business where she designed and manufactured staff uniforms for the hospitality industry in Pune. For over 6 years she successfully handled the business where she managed all aspects i.e purchase, designing, manufacturing, marketing, and deliveries.

Nelson is a resident of Pune city with a Masters degree in Finance from Symbiosis, Pune. With a work experience of over 16 years, Nelson made the transition to real estate in 2007 by joining Cushman & Wakefield an International Property Consultant (IPC) as an associate broker. His primary responsibility was creating relationships with developers & corporates. Apart from this, he was also responsible for landlord representation, transaction management and investment advisory verticals.
During his tenure at C&W, apart from creating several developer and corporate relationships, Nelson successfully marketed a luxurious residential project “The Metropolitan” by Elpro Estates at Chinchwad. He also worked with Knight Frank (IPC) to create and develop KF’s residential business in Pune before founding Absolute Living.
Before real estate Nelson has worked with reputed financial institutions like Aviva, Allegro Advisors and Unitis Tower Wealth Advisors where his role was investment advisory, client servicing and business development.
Having worked with International Property Consultants Nelson learned and understood international property broking standards that thrive on transparency, integrity, excellence, knowledge and communication which clearly lacks in the Indian real estate industry. This urged him to set up Absolute Living in 2010. He handles developer as well as client relationships at Absolute Living and is focused on sales and marketing of commercial projects/properties.
Nelson believes that in real estate he has found his true calling. He enjoys the challenges and opportunities that the business presents but enjoys most the opportunity to meet so many new and interesting people.
