With an experience of over 18 years, Nelson made the transition to real estate in 2007 by joining Cushman & Wakefield an International Property Consultant (IPC) as an associate broker creating relationships with developers & corporates and also responsible for landlord representation, transaction management and investment advisory verticals. Nelson also worked with Knight Frank (IPC) to set up and develop KF’s residential business in Pune.
Having worked with international property consulting firms, Nelson learned international property broking standards that thrive on transparency, integrity, excellence, knowledge, and communication which lacks in the Indian real estate industry.
Before real estate Nelson has worked with reputed financial institutions like Aviva, Allegro Advisors and Unitis Tower Wealth Advisors where his role was portfolio management, investment advisory.
Nelson believes that in real estate he has found his true calling. He enjoys the challenges and opportunities that the business presents but enjoys most the opportunity to meet so many new and interesting people.
